Founder and creator of Moon and Earth Connections, Jane Anderson has been passionate about sharing Earth Medicine, Drumming, Ceremony and Ritual with others since 1999. 

"I begun to ask questions about my existence, like why am I here? and what's it all about?  Earth Medicine is about knowing yourself and finding your passions through nature and her cycles.  For women, also, linking into the moon cycles, phases and energies allows us to delve deeper into our inner world and see fully all aspects of ourselves, without judgment or fear:  Our dark and our light."

MEN AND CHILDREN'S GROUPS

Jane is also enthusiastic about offering drumming workshops for men women and children's groups .  "I would love to see more men  and children attending circles, for their own healing and awareness of how nature influences our  very existence, together  we must learn from each other to help bring harmony to Mother Earth.  Children thrive within the magic of the Sacred Circle- drumming is a fun way to pass on ancient knowledge to children.  Many of the songs are about animals and the seasons.  Children love the rhythm and beats of the medicine drums.

Jane utilizes the wisdom of Native American philosophies, but does not restrict herself to them...

Jane currently offers weekend retreats with Huon Bush Retreats in Ranelagh, Tasmania.  She also offers private mentor sessions, drum making and  ceremony.

Girls Menarche initiation ceremonies, Menopause ceremonies and Blessingway ceremonies are also available, at your home or at a selected place.

These are developed (with the help of the individual) to  create the personal and specific needs for the initiate.  Drumming, an integral part of the rituals, is an ancient and powerful tool that allows us to tap into our hearts, and open us to the spirit realm.

Guided meditations enable the women to relax into a deep state of knowing.   Seeing behind the veil that is our physical reality, into, what Jane calls:  "our magic selves". The place where we dream, heal, build and create the world we want.
